| Bacon Wrapped Cheddar Dogs |
Bacon, Hotdogs, Enough Said....Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 8 hot dogs
- Cheddar cheese block
- 16 slices bacon, pre-cooked
- 8 hot dog buns, toasted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Precook bacon in skillet to just under down. Bacon should still be bendy and able to wrap around hotdog without breaking.
- Slice each hot dog lengthwise down the middle almost, but not all the way through
- Fill the pocket with a slice of cheddar cheese.
- Wrap the hot dog with two slices of the pre-cooked bacon
- Secure bacon with toothpicks if necessary
- Bake approximately 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bacon and hot dog are hot
- Put the hot dog in the bun with condiments of your choice
