Luscious Launa's Big Racks BBQ Rib Rub
Ribs are the holy grail. Mastering them marks the difference between a meat burner and a pitmaster. The most distinctive difference between most ribs is the rub that is used. Rubs can be sweet, savory, spicy, hot, and of course, perfectly ed to your tastes. Finding the rub that is right for you can seem like daunting task but it is well worth the time. This rub is my favorite to use, it's sweet and spicy rub which perfectly represent our bbq!
Luscious Launa's Big Racks BBQ: Best Ribs Ever
Ribs are the holy grail. Mastering them marks the difference between a meat burner and a pitmaster. There are sooooo many recipes for ribs around the country. In Memphis, all you need is a dry rub. They skip the sauce. In parts of South Carolina the sauce is mostly mustard and in Kansas City they come with sweet heat and candy sauces.
Drink of the Day: Mason Jar Sangrias
Sangrias have always been the favorite of people of all ages. Most sangria recipes are pretty simple: wine + fruit (+ sometimes brandy or another spirit) + ice = pitcher of refreshment. Please, please, please take note of one thing: good sangria does not come out of a pre-mixed bottle. Ever. No matter what Boone's Farm tries to tell you. Just say no. All you need is a relatively inexpensive bottle of wine, some fruit and an adventurous spirit. Let us know if you have your own favorite blend!.

Authentic Avocado Salsa Verde
Avocado Salsa Verde |
I grew up in
Southern California, where street tacos were readily available. This creamy avocado salsa verde is a
wonderful change up from regular salsa. Its light, its flavorful, and has many
uses. We love it in tacos, burritos and
eggs. This is an easy, fail-proof salsa that is sure to please.
